The weird hearts of cyclists and why they keep dying in their sleep

My 2nd YouTube video has gone up! The curious things athletes' hearts do is a huge topic in itself so this video takes a pharmacological spin on the subject and asks why so many elite athletes (especially cyclists) have died in their sleep.
After reading a line years ago, I became obsessed with it. It concerned Marco Pantani, a legendary cyclist who had such a low heart rate that he had to wake up at night and pedal on a stationary bike to ensure it didn't go too slowly
"During the day he lived to ride...but at night he rode to stay alive".
There seem to be a lot of athletes of all types dying at the moment. Without wanting to be accused of being a far right Q anon conspiracy theorist anti-vaxxer, is it possible that any vaccine side effects like myocarditis, blood clots, etc are more likely to happen to those with a high haematocrit? Enjoyed the video btw
